If someone were to, hypothetically, be interested in partaking in resources on things such as lock-picking, how might someone else who had those resources go about sharing them, without implicating themselves, legally?

@Damien: Information about lock picking is pretty easy to come by. Try Google, or search Make Magazine's site. Or go straight here:

I really don't think there's any legal issue with sharing this information with you. It's simple technical information that doesn't put anyone at risk of physical harm, nor does it endanger National Security. Maybe if I believed you were going to commit a crime with the information there might be some fallout. But I don't.
